ATTENTION: The first account to pair with the watch will be registered as the administrator of the watch and will have access to all functions of the watch and the App.

1. Search for “Kiddoo” on the App store or the Google Play store, download and install the app on your mobile device.

2. Open the Kiddoo app on your mobile device. Click on "New User" if you are a new member to register or enter your login details to login with your existing account.

3. Press on  in the top right corner of the screen to enter the Kiddoo watch list (All Kiddoo smartwatches that are paired with the app will be displayed here)  and press  to add a new Kiddoo smartwatch.

4. Add the watch by the QR code or the CID code.

4.1. Using QR Code:

Press “Click to scan” to scan the QR code on the back cover of the user manual or on the sticker on the back of the Kiddoo smartwatch to connect the watch with your mobile device.

4.2. Using CID Code:

4.2.1. Make sure that no SIM card is inserted yet and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to turn the watch on.

4.2.2. Press the function button four times to display the CID code of the watch.

                   

4.2.3. Enter the CID code into the Kiddoo App on your mobile device to connect the watch with your mobile device.

5. Enter your kids' information (include gender, weight, height, relationship, name and watch SIM card phone number) in the Kiddoo App.  

6. Hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to turn the watch off.

7. Remove the wristband from the watch to insert SIM card.
