You can reset the Kiddoo smartwatch from the Kiddoo app. 

1. Enter the main menu by pressing the button in the top left corner of the screen and press on the "Watch Settings" button.

2. Press the “Reset” button.

3. If you press "OK" you will reset your watch to its factory settings and delete all information 

and data.

You will not be able to recover the data. Only click “OK” if you are sure you want to reset your watch.
