You can reset the Kiddoo smartwatch to factory settings from your Kiddoo app.

1. Open the Kiddoo app on your device.

2. Enter the main menu and select "Watch Settings".

3. Press "Reset" and click on "OK" to reset the watch to its factory settings and delete all information and data. You will not be able to recover it. 

Attention: Only click "OK" if you are sure to reset the watch.
