In some countries SIM cards are provided by operators with a preset PIN code. The Kiddoo Smartwatch does not support a SIM card with pin code (because the watch has no keyboard for you to input the code).

In order to use your SIM with the Kiddoo watch, install your SIM in a phone first, go to your phone PIN settings and deactivate the PIN of the SIM. 

Then put the SIM card back into the Kiddoo watch.
