Please follow the following steps to set Access Point Name (APN) on the Kiddoo watch:

1.    Open the Kiddoo APP on your devices.

2.    Add a new watch by scanning the QR code or entering the CID code at the back of the watch.

3.    Make sure the watch is tuned off when you insert the SIM card.

4.    Turn the watch on and wait 5-10 minutes until the watch is successfully synchronized with the APP. 

(You can now locate or send a voice message to the watch) 

5.    If the watch still CANNOT BE SYNCED, you can set the APN from any device by sending a SMS message to the watch phone number to set the APN.

SMS Message: #862182,STAPN:APN,0,0,0.0.0.0,0,,,,,

--> replace APN with the watch phone operator's APN name

E.g. Watch phone operator is PROXIMUS

APN name: internet.proximus.be

SMS Message: #862182,STAPN:internet.proximus.be,0,0,0.0.0.0,0,,,,,

6. You will receive a "APN Set Ok' message on your device when the APN has been set.
